How does certification with HiSTES work?

WHERE TO START?

Stage 1

You submit your request on the website, after which we contact you to clarify the details and start the process.

We have developed a clear and transparent process that enables online schools to gain international recognition and strengthen trust among students, partners, and the academic community.

CONDUCTING AN INITIAL AUDIT

Stage 2

We analyze your school's structure, educational programs, teacher qualifications, and organizational processes during a ZOOM meeting.

PREPARATION FOR CERTIFICATION

Stage 3

If necessary, we provide feedback and recommendations to ensure compliance with international requirements and Histes standards.

FILLING OUT THE EXTENDED QUESTIONNAIRE

Stage 4

After payment, you will receive a questionnaire that must be completed within 15 days. The expert council will use this questionnaire as a basis for its work.

EXPERT ASSESSMENT

Stage 5

The HISTES Council conducts a comprehensive review, clarifies details, and, if necessary, schedules a Zoom meeting or a face-to-face meeting with the program guarantor.

CERTIFICATION COMMISSION MEETING

Stage 6

The HISTES Commission meets offline in Prague and makes a final decision on granting certified school status.

CERTIFICATION COMMISSION MEETING

You get:

memorandum of cooperation;

the possibility of including your school's programs in one of the faculties of the European Academy

The total certification period is up to 60 calendar days.
